It dawned on me recently that this year marks my 20th year in recruitment! 😳
There's no better feeling than learning from those around you but at the same time, being able to call upon your own experiences.
Being in an industry for any period of time does not define you, ultimately you are only as good as you are prepared to be. 🚀
It's nice to think these days, I have all the mod cons to make my job more efficient. I'm sure there are a few on here that won't have a clue what a fax machine or a Kalamazoo filing system is though! 🗃️
PS - Before the comments start, no that's not me, but it is how I want to be in another 20 years! And yes, I do love that suit. 🕺🪩
