​A football club who ReQuire are proud to sponsor were applauded for their efforts over Christmas as they helped deliver more than 230 food boxes to families in need. Louise who has a history of coordinating incredibly successful charity events locally headed up the project as part of ReQuire's Community drive for 2025.

Players, management, coaches and committee members of Laverstock & Ford FC volunteered on Sunday, December 22, to support the Salisbury Foodbank. The group, known as the Bulldogs, assisted in distributing festive food boxes to families in need.

Liam, who manages Lavvy followed up by commenting; "It was a pleasure to have been asked to get the team involved, as a club we were delighted to have helped. "The players were totally committed to playing their part, and it was a brilliant team effort from everyone involved."

The club's efforts did not go unnoticed by the Salisbury Foodbank, with the chair of trustees, Chas Kimber, praising the collaboration. He said: "This partnership with Laverstock & Ford FC proved to be a great match and enabled us to meet our goal of delivering some core essential and Christmas treats to families who had been nominated by local schools. A great result for 785 people, the foodbank and the football club. A huge thank you to the club, they are champions. We're looking forward to the second round next year."

The Salisbury Foodbank provides vital support to families during difficult times.
