Your Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Reconciliation – Assist in the transition from quarterly to monthly accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and budget monitoring.
Statutory Accounts & Audit Support – Prepare documentation, support external audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Accounts Payable, Receivable & Payroll – Process invoices, manage payment runs, and support payroll administration.
Budgeting & Forecasting – Assist in tracking income, expenditure, and grant allocations.
Systems & Process Improvement – Work with Sage 200 (or similar), improve workflows, and enhance financial efficiency.
Who We’re Looking For
Part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA or qualified by experience (QBE) with a solid foundation in statutory accounting and audit.
Charity, not-for-profit, or practice experience is preferred but not essential.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliation, VAT, and compliance.
Comfortable using Sage and confident in Excel.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys problem-solving.
