We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Legal Secretary to join our well-established and growing Private Client team in Bournemouth. You’ll be part of a friendly, professional team that takes pride in delivering excellent service to clients. Whether it’s supporting with Wills, Probate, Trusts, or Estate Administration, your role will be vital in helping the team operate smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
Preparing, formatting, and managing legal documentation
Maintaining and organising client files
Managing diaries and arranging meetings
Acting as a professional and approachable point of contact for clients
Providing high-quality administrative support to fee earners
What you’ll bring:
Previous experience in a legal secretarial role, ideally within Private Client
Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner
Strong organisational ability and an eye for detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with audio dictation
