The Role:
As an Operations Team Leader, you will lead and develop a team to exceed service level agreements, enhance customer experience, and drive continuous improvement. Working in an omnichannel environment, you will play a key role in ensuring first-class customer journeys for policyholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Training, coaching, and leading a high-performing team
Handling escalated customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
Driving continuous improvement and contributing innovative ideas
Conducting regular one-to-one performance reviews and coaching sessions
Monitoring and developing key performance indicators
Resource management and mentoring team members
Collaborating with other business areas to achieve company objectives
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a leadership role within a similar environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and time management abilities
A proactive mindset with a solutions-focused approach
Ability to prioritise tasks and use initiative
Previous experience in insurance is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with leadership experience in sales or customer service
