​A full time vacancy is now available to join an existing Quality Assurance team of a life science company who are dedicated to the manufacture of life saving pharmaceuticals and their people are at the heart of what they do. About the role: The desired candidate will support the administrative tasks linked to the Quality Assurance Department and its Quality Management system. Which will include the management of, distribution, control and tracking of all documents.

Key duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and co-ordinate the administration of all types of quality documents to include the full document lifecycle from formatting, inputting, routing, reviewing and the approval process.

  • Perform administrative tasks associated with the management of the Quality systems, databases, paperwork or e-system for the following systems: training, change control, non-conformance, risk management.

  • Assist personnel with administrative tasks

  • Operate and maintain the archive tracking system.

  • Liaise with the external archive provider and ensure that all documents are processed effectively and efficiently

  • Prepare records for archive storage and retrieval of retained documents during their retention period.

  • Produce reports, metrics, documents, SOP’s and respond to any specific requests

  • Provide general office administrative support to the team, e.g., Filing, photocopying, ordering consumables/stationery.

Key skills & experiences required:

  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal

  • Team player mentality

  • A-C grade GCSEs

  • Some previous admin experience using an in house data base or document management system

  • Confident user of MS Office

  • Accurate and clear record keeper

  • Attention to detail
