We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Legal Secretary to join our well-established and growing Private Client team in SO30.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role within a busy, client-focused environment—supporting fee earners across a range of matters including Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Administration. What you’ll be doing:
Preparing, formatting, and managing legal documentation
Organising and maintaining client files with accuracy and discretion
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
Acting as a professional and approachable first point of contact for clients
Providing proactive administrative support to fee earners
What you’ll bring:
Previous experience in a legal secretarial role, ideally within a Private Client team
Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner
Strong organisational ability and a high level of attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in audio dictation
