We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Legal Secretary to join our well-established and growing Private Client team in SO30.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role within a busy, client-focused environment—supporting fee earners across a range of matters including Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Administration. If you have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and enjoy being a reliable point of support, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be part of a welcoming and professional team that takes pride in delivering a high standard of service to clients, often during sensitive and emotionally important times.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing, formatting, and managing legal documentation

  • Organising and maintaining client files with accuracy and discretion

  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments

  • Acting as a professional and approachable first point of contact for clients

  • Providing proactive administrative support to fee earners

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in a legal secretarial role, ideally within a Private Client team

  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner

  • Strong organisational ability and a high level of attention to detail

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in audio dictation
