Finance & Admin Manager – Join a Thriving Professional Services Practice
Hours: Part-time – 3 to 4 days per week (22-25 hours per week) Salary: Competitive, £40k © pro rata
Are you an organised and proactive professional looking for a dynamic and varied role within a creative and busy architectural practice? We are seeking a Finance & Admin Manager to take an overview of the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while supporting the Directors and wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial oversight – manage spreadsheets, monitor costs, liaise with external suppliers and the bank
Office & compliance management – keep insurances, records, and policies up to date
HR administration – maintain confidential staff performance records and oversee HR support functions
Project administration – support the Directors with project management admin and reporting
Payslips & payroll liaison – responsible for distribution and coordination with external payroll providers
General office upkeep – ensuring a professional and well-organised environment
About you:
Previous experience in finance, office, or admin management
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable handling confidential HR and financial information
Able to multi-task and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
A friendly, approachable, and professional team player
