​We are seeking a driven and strategic Account Executive to lead new business development within the UK. If you have a proven track record in solution selling and hitting sales targets, this role is for you. As an Account Executive, you’ll identify, qualify, and close new clients while managing a selection of high-potential accounts. You'll spearhead sales initiatives, develop compelling proposals, and collaborate across teams to deliver custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new client opportunities.

  • Execute strategic sales plans and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and build long-term client relationships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective client proposals.

  • Manage select accounts for sustained growth.

  • Demonstrated sales achievements and strategic planning abilities.

  • Expertise in solution-based selling and client relationship building.

  • Proficiency in proposal drafting and presentation skills.

  • Strong business acumen and negotiation capabilities.

  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
