What You'll Be Doing π
π Putting customers at the heart of everything you do, ensuring exceptional service.
π₯οΈ Onboarding new clients efficiently and managing existing client needs.
π€ Building effective relationships with advisers, paraplanners, and clients.
π§ Communicating confidently across multiple platforms (email, phone, etc.).
π Supporting team projects to drive business success.
What Weβre Looking For π
Experience in financial planning: Knowledge of ISAs, Pensions, Bonds, and CRM systems.
π‘ A self-starter who challenges processes and strives for improvement.
π€ A true team player who contributes positively to morale and team success.
π― CII or RO part-qualified candidates are highly desirable.

Salary: Β£28,000βΒ£38,500 (DOE).
