As a Sales Administrator, you’ll provide essential support to the Sales Department, helping to deliver a first-class service to both internal and external customers. You’ll manage inquiries, process orders, and work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

This role is perfect for someone with customer focused administration experience or someone looking to take their first step into a sales environment, where you will work in a team with some great colleagues to mentor and train you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming inquiries and telephone calls.

  • Monitoring and responding to customer emails.

  • Preparing project quotations and processing orders.

  • Collaborating with the Ops team to manage customer orders.

  • Assisting with support contracts and attending sales meetings.

  • Providing general administrative support to the Sales Department.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

  • Self-motivation and initiative to learn and grow.

  • The ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
