Legal Secretary – Conveyancing Department
Location: Central Office | Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday | Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 DOE

Are you a highly organised and detail-focused professional looking for a great role within a well-respected legal firm? Whether you have legal secretarial experience in another sector or are a strong administrator with excellent IT and customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Joining a busy and friendly conveyancing department, you’ll be providing key administrative support while working closely with solicitors and clients. Attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong IT skills – Word, Office 365, basic Excel & case management systems
✔ Typing skills (audio typing a bonus but not essential)
✔ Excellent organisation and communication skills
✔ A team player who enjoys a busy role
✔ A confident and professional approach to client interactions
