​We are recruiting on behalf of a privately owned financial planning and investment management firm, committed to providing high-quality services to private clients, trusts, and smaller institutions. Founded twenty years ago, the company has grown both organically and through select acquisitions. Initially focused on investment management, they have since prioritised financial planning, making it central to our client relationships.

Today, they manage and advise on over £3 billion in client assets, achieved through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. All in all, an exciting company to be part of.

Due to the growth they are experiencing, our client are looking for a high calibre administrator to join a services team, demonstrating the best communication to their clients and troubleshoot in a timely, efficient manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Always prioritise the customer in everything you do

  • Deliver excellent service as your main responsibility

  • Learn about our core values, products, and services

  • Onboard new clients efficiently and support existing ones

  • Build strong relationships with customers, advisers, and paraplanners in your team

  • Contribute positively to team morale and be a great team player

  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other channels

  • Participate in business projects

  • The successful candidate will be delivery-focused and well-organised, with some previous customer service experience from a financial services environment. Ideally someone who is CII or RO part-qualified is preferred.

    Skills and experiences we are looking for include:

  • Knowledge of investment products such as ISAs, pensions, or bonds

  • Experience using CRM systems

  • Good team player

  • Proven ability to challenge and improve processes

  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service

  • Self-starter who takes charge of their own development journey

You will be joining one of the South's exciting FS firms, and the opportunity to join them is made even more attractive by their excellent benefits package on offer. The role is hybrid, two days in the office, you can be as flexible as you wish with your hours (standard hours would be 8:30am - 5:30pm M-F), our client are very keen to champion flexible working for the right candidate, so essentially are keen to work around your personal life to get the best performance.
