We are a recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacture and installation company specializing in high-quality products designed for purpose across domestic and commercial markets. Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Fabricator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making and glazing frames for a variety of products, including windows, conservatories, doors, screens, and curtain walling. You will work with a range of materials such as UPVC, aluminium, steel, timber, and wood-aluminium composites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing and Glazing: Fabricate and glaze frames for windows, conservatories, doors, screens, and curtain walling.

  • Material Handling: Measure, cut, and drill materials including UPVC, aluminium, and wood.

  • Design Interpretation: Read and interpret design plans to ensure accurate production.

  • CNC Operation: Operate CNC machinery to achieve precise manufacturing outcomes.

  • Assembly: Assemble window and door frames, conservatory panels, and screens.

  • Component Fitting: Install seals, hinges, handles, and locks using both hand and power tools.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet the company’s quality standards.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Fabricator or in a similar manufacturing role.

  • Proficiency in working with materials such as UPVC, aluminium, steel, timber, and composites.

  • Skilled in measuring, cutting, and drilling various materials.

  • Ability to interpret and follow design plans accurately.

  • Experience operating CNC machinery.

  • Competence in assembling frames and panels.

  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools to fit components like seals, hinges, handles, and locks.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Hours:

  • Full time, Monday to Friday (7am-4pm or 8am - 5pm)
