They are immensely proud to be considered as one of South's industry leaders, with over 150 staff working across the business, and due to some phenomenal results so far in 2024, there is a need to bring on board a talented Contracts Manager to join their Leadership Team.

The role of the Contracts Manager is to ensure contracts are run in line with the overall sales strategy. The role requires a strong leader who can clearly communicate a vision, provide direction and motivate others to work collaboratively across the business and with clients to ensure our scope of works is completed to a high standard within a project managed way

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Managing existing and new client relationships.

  • Responsible for the smooth management of the entire end-to-end process including completion of selection and invitation to sub-contractors.

  • Studying the requirements, duties and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and industry regulations

  • Coordinate and project manage all parties involved in the process to ensue everyone is aware of the level of contribution expected of them and the set deadlines

  • Draft written responses drawing on operational input, previous submissions, specifications, policy research to ensure commercially the company isn’t exposed.

  • Liaising with wide variety of internal resources in order to collate relevant information to ensure a high quality

  • Write bespoke content for submissions

  • Ensure all commercial documentation is clear, concise, crucial, compelling and meets all the scope criteria in contract specifications

  • Prepare program submissions for review and approval, ensuring that the submission is fully reviewed ahead by relevant Directors and or managers ahead of the deadline.

  • Ensure all contractual documents or examples of delays are stored and recorded in a clear and detailed manor for further use and review by the QS team.

  • Manage the installation teams and provide support to the operations and commercial managers to suit.
