What You'll Do:
Handle customer queries and complaints from start to finish.
Collaborate with suppliers, members, and internal teams to find solutions.
Maintain a high standard of communication and accuracy in all interactions.
Work with SAP and CRM systems (advantageous but not essential).
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years in customer care, preferably in retail. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Strong organisational skills
