What You'll Do:

  • Handle customer queries and complaints from start to finish.

  • Collaborate with suppliers, members, and internal teams to find solutions.

  • Maintain a high standard of communication and accuracy in all interactions.

  • Work with SAP and CRM systems (advantageous but not essential).

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in customer care, preferably in retail. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Someone who enjoys communicating and loves looking after their customers
