What Youβll Do

Remove duplicates, inconsistencies, and incomplete data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
π Data Transformation:
Extract, standardize, and prepare data for migration, applying necessary conversions and normalization for smooth integration.
π Testing & Validation:
Conduct rigorous testing to verify accuracy and consistency between source and target data.
Perform post-migration validation and troubleshooting to resolve discrepancies.
π Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of the migration process, including plans, data mappings, transformation rules, and test results.
π€ Post-Migration Support:
Assist with validation, address any data-related issues, and provide end-user support.
What Weβre Looking For
Technical Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Proficiency in Databases/SQL for complex problem-solving.
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Soft Skills:
