About the role: The role of Float Secretary is not one to be taken lightly, in fact we figure it takes more skill and craft to be able to perform such a role as you will need to demonstrate the skill of versatility as you will be working across a number of legal teams. A unique role such as this will give you a real sense of variety making the role all that more interesting and engaging as you will work with Partners on an array of confidential legal matters.
Skills & Experiences we are looking for from our Float Secretary:
Above average typing speed (60 wpm) +
A background in a Secretarial role, preferring someone to come from a Legal background
Adaptability - Be able to move between services
Communication - Working with a variety of teams, means communicating internally but also with clients externally needs to be really efficient
Professional in approach - Working at a Law firm, we are looking for someone who takes pride in all they do
Longevity - Working for such a reputable business, who are known for looking after their staff, we also want to identify someone who wants to stay and be part of a long term future within the business
