​Looking for a varied and hands-on role in a friendly, growing company? Our client is seeking a Group Coordinator to provide essential admin support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be working closely with the Operations & Production Director and other key team members, making a real difference in how the business runs. A great role for someone who likes to communicate and pull things together.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as the main point of contact for general queries and admin support

  • Help organise meetings, book travel, and coordinate events

  • Assist with implementing company policies and supporting new projects

  • Keep the office running smoothly by managing supplies and handling daily tasks

  • Keep the team updated by managing internal communications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Confident with admin tasks and great with organisation.

  • Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication skills – you'll be liaising with different teams and keeping things on track.

  • Able to juggle priorities, stay organised, and adapt to new challenges.

  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude!
