What You'll Be Doing:
Lead Health & Safety across diverse settings: from office environments to active construction sites and production floors.
Work closely with Site Managers to support and guide them in maintaining a safe and compliant environment, with around 20% of your time spent on-site.
Ensure compliance and best practices in Health & Safety for the group, overseeing the entire spectrum—from office staff to production teams.
Visit sites as needed to perform audits, risk assessments, and offer hands-on advice to site teams.
Shape and influence Health & Safety culture across the organization, ensuring high standards are met and exceeded.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor staff on Health & Safety protocols, fostering a collaborative and proactive safety culture.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in Health & Safety, ideally in construction or manufacturing (broader backgrounds are highly valued).
Knowledge of office-based Health & Safety, in addition to site and production environments.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence teams at all levels.
Enthusiasm for visiting sites and getting hands-on where necessary.
NEBOSH certification or equivalent, with a commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
