The business, based in the heart of Salisbury City Centre have an opportunity to welcome a Service focused team player to their Customer Communications division where you will interact with clients of the business handling a variety of incoming enquiries.

Key responsibilities will include:
Handle calls from customers and offer relevant service based on their request
Developing healthy customer relations with clients of the business
Respond to all enquiries, both email and calls within a timely fashion
Ensure the company's standards are met at all times
Record key customer information and ensure records are up to date
Play a your part in the team to help the company hit their targets and ensure performance standards are always maintained
