Join a dynamic IT support team as their first point of contact for all support calls. Based in a fantastic Salisbury location, you will support the rest of the business including those working offsite.

Key responsibilities of this Support role will be to:
Log, categorize, troubleshoot, and fix IT issues, escalating to 2nd line support when necessary.
Provide primary support for Microsoft Office and various legal applications.
Install, configure, and upgrade application packages, hardware, and software.
Participate in projects for new system implementations and upgrades.
Serve as the main point of contact for the IT help desk, delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude and telephone manner.
Work independently while being an integral part of the support team.
The skills we want to see from our chosen candidate would include:
Familiar with Windows 10/11
Confident using Microsoft Office
Basic networking skills
Good Microsoft 365 application knowledge in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Understanding of desktop hardware components
A good communicator
An interest in IT, someone keen to learn and build a career path is perfect!
