The Role:

As a Private Client Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Private Client team, helping them deliver outstanding legal services. You’ll be the backbone of the department, assisting with everything from organizing legal documents to managing client communications. No two days will be the same in this busy and rewarding role!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to solicitors and legal executives in the Private Client team.

  • Managing correspondence (emails, post, telephone calls) and handling enquiries from clients and third parties.

  • Maintaining and updating client files case management system.

  • Preparing legal documents, letters, and forms with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries.

  • Assisting with billing and invoicing duties.

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and firm policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a legal administrative role.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy.

  • Great communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • A positive, proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally some experience with legal case management systems.

  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
