We are looking to hire a motivated, people-focused Lettings Negotiator & Administrator to manage property lettings and ensure smooth tenancy processes. If you have a passion for property, great communication skills, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, then this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:
Lettings Negotiator

  • Create marketing brochures, write property descriptions, arrange floorplans and photography.

  • Book and conduct property viewings.

  • Maintain a database of prospective tenants, handle enquiries, and match them with suitable properties.

  • Negotiate tenancy terms, process applications, and advise landlords.

  • Administer tenancy agreements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Administrator

  • Support with general administration including client, tenant, and supplier communications.

  • Help manage property listings, social media updates, and press releases.

  • Assist the team with invoicing, utilities, and tenancy documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent people and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.

  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willing to learn property management software.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

  • Full driving licence required.
