Manufacturing Engineer – Precision, Process & Progress
Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer looking to work on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a hands-on professional to support production, streamline processes, and drive quality improvements within an aerospace-focused setting.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in translating engineering designs into efficient manufacturing processes, ensuring all parts and assemblies are correctly managed throughout the product lifecycle. From interpreting Bills of Materials (BoMs) and engineering drawings to leading New Product Introduction (NPI) and resolving non-conformances, this role demands precision, problem-solving, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage manufacturing Bills of Materials from engineering data.
Create clear, structured work instructions for production teams.
Support production in resolving technical challenges and process improvements.
Champion continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Collaborate on tooling, process selection, and change management initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Background in Manufacturing Engineering or as a Lead Technician.
Strong understanding of BoMs, work instructions, and process controls.
Experience with CAD, PLM systems, and hands-on workshop practices.
Problem-solving skills using RCCA, 5Y, and Lean methodologies.
Aerospace or advanced engineering experience (preferred).
