A fantastic opening for an excellent Customer Service Advisor to join a growing Call Handling team for one of Andover's fastest growing companies. This role is Part Time with hours allowing you to work a full time role at the same time.
Hours are: 17:00-20:00 Mon - Thurs & 10:00 - 16:00 - Sun. If you are needing extra income, then these kinds of roles are the perfect 'top up provider'
The main purpose of the role would be to: To return calls to customers who have recently enquired through various marketing channels about the various plans the company offer. Achieve department conversion targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.
You would look to progress the customer care to the next stage of the process and of course all calls would adhere to FCA regulations - standard practice for the industry. All calls will be auto logged and key information recorded so attention to detail and accuracy are key when handling each call.
Key skills and experience we are looking for:
Communication – Possess a professional telephone manner with proven experience.
Be a very good listener and understand their requirement in full detail
Strong telephone call handling experience (preferred minimum of 1 year)
Act in a manner that ensures the Customer receives a positive experience
Showcasing the ability to handle a variety of calls professionally and accurately
Delivering excellent Customer Service
Working in accordance with detailed procedures
Able to solve problems and identify process improvement
Work with flexibility as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills at all levels
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
