Your Role as QA Associate As a QA Associate, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining the quality of our services. This is a new position, created to ensure we uphold the highest standards as we continue to grow. You’ll work closely with different teams across the business to develop and implement quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement QA Processes: Establish QA metrics to monitor and enhance service quality.

  • Conduct Audits: Perform regular audits to ensure compliance and highlight areas for improvement.

  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure we meet regulatory standards and adapt to any changes.

  • Training: Develop educational materials and train staff on quality assurance best practices.

  • Collaboration: Work with various departments to embed a culture of quality across the business.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Quality Assurance, ideally within financial services or wealth management.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services.

  • An eye for detail and the ability to communicate your findings clearly.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and improvement.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.

  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
