We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead a Quality team and ensure excellence across all company processes. This role involves managing the ISO9001 QMS, overseeing product and process quality, and representing the company on quality matters in the field. You'll work closely with various departments to drive continuous improvement and maintain our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Quality Team: Oversee the QMS and ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards.
Quality Meetings: Organize and lead regular quality meetings, updating department heads and the board.
Senior Management Input: Provide expert advice on quality issues at a senior management level.
Manage Compliance: Supervise the Compliance and Approvals Coordinator to ensure all products and processes meet necessary approvals and certifications.
Support Commercial Team: Collaborate with the sales project manager and provide technical support for the product range.
Assist Purchasing: Work directly with suppliers to support the purchasing department.
Guide Design Department: Offer technical guidance on compliance
Training: Provide training to employees as needed.
Goals:
Own the QMS: Maintain best practice quality standards across the company and suggest improvements.
Cost Management: Reduce and manage the cost of quality in line with business objectives.
Supplier and Production Support: Improve quality control with suppliers and ensure high standards in production.
Product Compliance: Ensure new and existing products meet market compliance requirements.
