Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Order & Quotation Management – Oversee the full sales process, ensuring orders and quotes are processed efficiently and accurately.

  • Client & Team Support – Act as a key point of contact, ensuring customer queries are handled professionally and the sales team is fully supported.

  • Workflow Coordination – Track and monitor sales orders to ensure smooth progression and timely completion.

  • Team Leadership & Development – Provide training, support, and motivation to the sales team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.

  • Process & System Management – Maintain records, update internal systems, and ensure all documentation is accurate, structured, and well-organised.

  • Customer Engagement – Ensure a seamless experience for customers by managing expectations, providing updates, and resolving any queries efficiently.

  • Operational Support – Work closely with other departments to align sales operations with business goals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process across the board.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong administrator with leadership experience, ideally in sales administration, operations, or a similar environment.

  • A structured, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and customers.

  • Experience in team management, training, and performance development.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.

  • Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and order processing tools.

  • The ability to work collaboratively and proactively support sales operations.
