What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Support: Take incoming calls and emails, helping customers with inquiries and booking callouts for engineers – always with a smile!
Organise Engineer Schedules: Keep the engineers’ diaries running smoothly, ensuring timely appointments and efficient planning.
Administration: Manage customer records accurately and handle equipment registrations, keeping paperwork up to date and organised.
Training Coordination: Book in training for staff, maintain certification records, and keep the training matrix current.
What We’re Looking For:
Customer Service Skills: You’re great on the phone, with a friendly attitude and the ability to listen and empathise with customers.
Organisational Skills: You can handle multiple tasks, stay organised, and keep everything running smoothly.
Admin Experience: Previous experience in an admin or customer service role is ideal. Knowledge of Office Suite is a must.
Problem-Solving: You can think on your feet and help customers with any issues they’re facing.
