Renowned for their bespoke products and exceptional client service, this company offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about carpentry and joinery to join their dynamic workshop team.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Assist with various tasks supporting other members of the Workshop team
Perform heavy lifting and moving of equipment and materials
Assemble and disassemble components using hand tools
Learn and set up the CNC Machine according to specifications
Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service to clients when they visit the workshop to see their projects come to life
Requirements:
An interest in carpentry and joinery
Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting and manual tasks
Willingness to learn and adapt to various duties in the workshop
Ability to work well within a team
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
Good communication skills for interacting with clients
Previous experience or training in carpentry, joinery, or as a skilled fitter is advantageous
Must have own transport due to the location of the workshop
