Are you an experienced and enthusiastic lawyer looking to join a dynamic and growing firm? We are recruiting for a motivated Litigation Lawyer to lead a busy dispute resolution team. This position is open to both solicitors and CILEX legal executives.
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of litigation experience.
A passion for growing the litigation department.
Excellent people skills and a team player attitude.
Strong organizational, time management, and IT skills.
High standards of customer care.
Proven track record of strong billing.
Experience as a Head of Department is a plus but not required.
Role Details:
Handle an existing caseload focused on:
Contested probate claims (70%)
TOLATA claims (10%)
Other commercial and civil litigation (20%)
No personal injury or medical negligence cases.
Flexible Working:
Hybrid working available, with at least one day per week in the office.
Emphasis on quality work, client satisfaction, and strong billing.
Team:
Join a team of two other litigation lawyers and a paralegal specializing in property disputes.
